Selection to the Athletic Advisory Council is our highest Sport & Performance Psychology Honor available nationally, and gives members additional coaching, elite access to continue developing their mental game, personal recommendations for collegiate, professional and/or job recruiting, and highlighted recognition on college and career applications. Members of the Varsity Athletic Advisory Council receive priority consideration for Internship and Scholarship Opportunities and will be given special site and media recognition.

We have clients who come to us looking for both! Our owner is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Mental Health Service Provider and a Master Certified Sport Psychology Coach. We know time is valuable, and for Athletes, extra time is scarce! With our goal being to work as efficiently and effectively with the whole athlete, we have both on our team! Whether your goal is strictly performance based, or if there's something more clinical such as anxiety or depression, we are equipped to help! Our Families and Professional Athletes love that we can work on their mental game, while helping navigate pressures unique to their environment such as managing relationship dynamics such as marriage and parenting.
T.E.A.M. Programs are NOT counseling. They are strictly coaching.
All individual clients begin with a thorough intake session to assess the level of recommended counseling or coaching. If counseling or a combination of counseling and coaching is preferred, a counseling contract, with informed consent outlining confidentiality parameters will be explained, reviewed and signed.
Individual sessions for coaching can range from 15 minutes to over an hour. This will depend on clients' needs and desires as well as specific exercises on which they may be working. Sometimes a shorter check-in is preferred for specific goals being targeted. Packages range based on duration and frequency. Most clients leave the first intake session with practical tools to begin incorporating into their sports and routines, as well as activities and relationships outside sport.
We work with clients at every level and since no two athletes or circumstances are alike, there is no one-size-fits all approach for individual coaching. We will do our best to work out a solution that works best for everyone and are happy to discuss all options. We believe in this work so much, because we see first hand what committed effort can do!
YES! Both. Depending on your desired level of commitment and participation, we have been everywhere from a Middle School Practice, High School Tournaments, National Championships, World Series, and Playing 18-Holes, to in-home sessions, the office, and we have the ability to work virtually so we can connect with clients around the world in a moment. With online coaching available around the world, you don't have to worry about travel or game schedules slowing your momentum!
